Where is The Bake Drop located?

Our vending machine locations are listed on our website and Instagram. We’re expanding quickly, so keep an eye out for new drops near you.

Are the baked goods made fresh?

Yes. All Bake Drop products are freshly baked in small batches and stocked regularly to ensure quality, flavour, and freshness.

How long do the products stay fresh?

Each item is sealed for freshness and has a best-before date clearly listed on the packaging. For best taste, enjoy as soon as possible — if you’re saving it, store in a cool, dry place.

Do you offer eggless or dietary options?

We offer a rotating range of eggless and specialty items such as vegan and gf. Availability varies by location and day, so check the product labels or follow us on social media for updates.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our vending machines accept major debit and credit cards, contactless payments, and mobile wallets. Cash is not accepted. However our pop up store also accepts cash

What if the vending machine takes my payment but doesn’t dispense my item?

We’ve got you covered. Please contact us with:

  • The machine location

  • Date and time of purchase

  • Payment method used

We’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Machines are restocked regularly, but popular items can sell out fast. For the best selection, visit earlier in the day and follow us for restock updates.
